MIC’s strategic approach to every aspect of client Service is through Quality Control, Project Management, Financial Controls and Health and Safety.
This is achieved by having all our own in-house tradesmen, therefore removing the risk of relying on sub-contractors. We pride ourselves on our in-house Bespoke Joinery / Metalwork workshop, where Quality Control from the initial Setting out ” Rods ” and trial samples through Manufacture, Polishing / Spraying to on-site installations insures that a Quality job is achieved.
We fully appreciate that attention to detail is paramount in the successful completion of a quality job.
From setting-out to project completion, the Project Management capabilities of MIC play a crucial role in finalising contracts on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Designers, we turn creative concepts into reality. MIC co-ordinate all their own labour and manage the Clients or Designers nominated Special Sub-Contractors.
MIC are acutely aware of the need to provide clients with outstanding value for money. We achieve this through ongoing cost-controls, competitive specialist sub-contractor tendering and financial reporting. Our approach is both efficient and transparent as part of the ” Partnership ” approach we like to develop with clients. Ongoing monitoring and feedback minimise the effects that any changes in plans / details may have on the original designs and estimates.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES
We are fully committed to Health and Safety compliance. We work to establish industry guidelines and have the required procedures in place to manage Health and Safety issues efficiently and effectively. Our approach involves monitoring the competency and performance of all nominated sub-contractors and ensuring that construction phase Health and Safety plans are followed.
